How To Fill Online Form

Follow these simple steps to successfully fill out the online application form:

  1. Read the Information Brochure carefully (the entire PDF) before anything. It contains vital eligibility & document instructions.

  2. Visit: www.join.afms.gov.in → find “AD Corps SSC-2025”/information brochure and Online Application link.

  3. Register / Login on the AFMS portal (create user account if new). Keep your email & mobile active.

  4. Fill Personal & Educational Details exactly as in your certificates and NEET registration (including NEET testing ID / roll no. & NEET score). No amendments are entertained after submission — so be precise.

  5. Upload scanned documents as required (photo, signature, NEET admit card, NEET scorecard, BDS/MDS marksheets & degree, internship certificate, dental registration, ID proof).

  6. Pay application processing fee (if applicable) — generally ₹200. Take payment receipt / confirmation screenshot. (If fee exemption exists for any category, AFMS will state it; follow the brochure).

  7. Submit final form and download / print the confirmation & copy of submitted application. Keep originals for document verification at interview.

💡 Tip: Match your NEET (MDS) testing ID and score exactly as errors here can lead to rejection.

Mode of selection

This recruitment does not use a written OMR exam like other UPSC/SSC exams. The AD Corps SSC selection is merit-linked to NEET (MDS)-2025 and an interview:

  1. Screening (shortlisting) for interview — based on NEET (MDS)-2025 score. Candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:10 (ten candidates called for interview for each advertised vacancy) using NEET (MDS) marks and eligibility checks.

  2. Interview (Selection Board at New Delhi): Shortlisted candidates will appear before a Selection Board. The Board assesses suitability and merit for SSC in AD Corps.

  3. Final merit list: Based on Interview performance only (the brochure explicitly states final merit is prepared on interview marks; shortlisted candidates then undergo medical examination — only medically fit candidates are offered SSC).

  4. Medical Examination: Shortlisted & interview-qualified candidates will face a Special Medical Board; only those declared medically fit are eligible for commissioning.

So, think of NEET (MDS) as the screen—score high there to get interview call; then perform strongly in interview; and clear medical fitness.
