How To Fill Online Form
- Download the official notification from the RRC WCR website (or link provided in the advertisement) and read it carefully. This includes trade list, eligibility, and all conditions.
- Visit the official site: wcr.indianrailways.gov.in or the portal link for RRC Apprentice notifications.
- Click on the “Apprentice Recruitment 2025” link / advertisement.
- Register as a new user (if not registered) using valid email and mobile number, set password.
- Login and fill in personal details (name, DOB, father/mother name, address, category, etc.).
- Provide educational details: 10th class marks & certificate, ITI trade certificate details. Choose trade & division / workshop as per your preference among those available.
- Upload scanned documents (photo, signature, age proof, caste / PwBD certificate if applicable, ITI certificate etc.) as per prescribed size / format.
- Pay the application fee (if applicable) via online mode. Keep the fee payment receipt / transaction ID.
- Review all entries before final submission. Check trade, division, name spelling etc.
- Submit the application form. Once submitted, download / take printout of confirmation / application form for your records.
Mode of selection
- Merit calculation: Based on aggregate marks in 10th class + marks in ITI trade certificate. The notification specifies how to weight them (could be equal weight or defined percentage). Always refer to notification.
- Document verification / eligibility check: After merit list, shortlisted candidates will be asked to produce original certificates (10th, ITI, age, caste / PwBD etc.) for verification.
- Medical fitness: As per Apprenticeship rules / Railway norms, medical fitness may be required.
