Educational Qualification:

  • Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Science 

  • Master’s Degree in the relevant subject as per RPSC/Sr. Teacher norms and B.Ed / D.Ed / teacher training qualifications as required OR

  • Graduation + B.Ed + subject competency depending on the subject (check subject-wise eligibility clause in notification).

  • Some subjects allow B.Tech / BE or professional degrees if explicitly mentioned (e.g., Computer Science). Always read the subject-specific eligibility clause on page(s) of the official notification.

Other Eligibility Conditions:

  • Candidate must be an Indian Citizen.

  • Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture often required for Rajasthan teaching posts.

  • If any professional registration is needed (rare for school teachers), it will be specified in the notification.

How To Fill Online Form

  1. Visit the official RPSC website: https://rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in and go to Advertisements / Recruitment (Advt. No. listed for Sr. Teacher).

  2. Download and read the detailed notification and the syllabus PDF (Paper-I & Paper-II) available on RPSC Syllabus page.

  3. Click Apply Online (or use Rajasthan SSO portal if redirected). Register with a valid mobile & email to get login credentials.

  4. Login, fill personal details, educational qualifications and choose the subject code(s) you want to apply for carefully.

  5. Upload scanned photograph, signature and required certificates in prescribed formats.

  6. Pay the application fee (if applicable). Save transaction ID & payment receipt.

  7. Preview your form, correct mistakes (if allowed), then submit. Download/print the confirmation & fee receipt.

  8. Keep originals ready for Document Verification when called.

Mode of selection: Written Competitive Examination (two papers) → Document Verification → Medical / Appointment.

Exam Pattern (Paper-wise — reported / standard)

RPSC 2nd Grade typically has two objective papers:

Paper I — General Paper (Paper-I / GK Paper)

  • Subject matter: Rajasthan GK (Geography, History, Culture), Current Affairs (Rajasthan), India & World GK, Educational Psychology / Teaching Methodology.

  • Questions / Marks: 100 MCQs × 2 marks each = 200 marks (as per various syllabus summaries).
